Overview
To stay compliant with wireless carrier rules and anti-spam laws, certain keywords are off-limits in Text Groove. These are automatically blocked in the Keywords App, Polling App, and other automated tools.
Reserved Keywords
The following keywords are industry-standard for opt-in and opt-out. You can’t use them as triggers in any automation:
- Stop
- Stopall
- Unsubscribe
- Cancel
- End
- Quit
- Arret
- Unsub
- Start
- Yes
- Unstop
- Help
- Info
- Aide
- Information
Using any of these in automated workflows may cause message failures or put your account at risk for compliance violations.
