Overview
You can block or mute listeners who are texting too frequently or sending messages you don’t want to see. When a profile is blocked or muted, their messages are hidden from your inbox but still received. You can undo either action at any time.
Blocking a Profile
In the Main Sender Window, hover over the profile you want to block.
Four icons will appear. Click the Block Contact icon.
Click Yes to confirm or No to cancel.
Blocked profiles stay hidden until you choose to unblock them.
Muting a Profile
In the Main Sender Window, hover over the profile you want to mute.
Click the Mute Profile icon.
Click Yes to confirm or No to cancel.
Muted profiles are automatically unmuted after 24 hours unless you unmute them earlier.
Unblocking or Unmuting a Profile
At the top of the Profiles Panel, click the Show/Hide Blocked and Muted icon.
Find the profile you want to update and hover over it to reveal the same four icons.
Click the Unblock or Unmute icon.
To return to your standard inbox view, click the Show/Hide Blocked and Muted icon again.
