Block or Unblock a Contact

Overview

Sometimes, a contact needs to be temporarily removed from your inbox. Blocking hides their messages from your main sender window and places them in a hidden view called the quarantine window. You can unblock them at any time.


Blocking a Contact

  1. In the Main Sender Window, go to the Inbox View.

  2. Hover over the contact’s most recent message.

  3. Click the Block Profile icon.

? The contact’s message will disappear from your inbox after the page refreshes.


Unblocking a Contact

  1. At the top of the Profiles Panel, click the Show/Hide Blocked icon.

  2. Find the contact you want to unblock.

  3. Click the Unblock Profile button next to their name.

? When you return to the inbox or click the red Show/Hide Blocked icon again, the contact will reappear in your inbox.
