Overview
Message Groups are designed for targeted messages to a specific set of listeners, based on implied consent. They’re ideal for reminders, event coordination, or quick follow-ups with a small group.
Because these messages are sent directly to multiple people at once, misuse could violate SMS regulations. The FCC’s Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) protects listeners from unsolicited messages, and violating these rules can lead to serious penalties.
If you're sending mass marketing or promotional messages, use a Text Club instead. Learn more in our Text Clubs article.
