How to Log In, Sign Out, Register a New Membership, and Reset Your Password

Overview

Each person using Text Groove should have their own login. We recommend signing in at the start of your shift and signing out when you're done. Every user should also have a unique password to keep your account secure.

How to Log In

To sign in:

1. Visit https://www.textgroove.com and click Log In in the top right corner.
   
    Or skip the extra click by bookmarking this direct link:
    https://accounts.textgroove.com/auth/login
   
   

2. On the login screen, enter your work email address and your password.

How to Register a New Membership

Don’t have a Text Groove account yet?

Click Register a New Membership under the login fields on the sign-in page.

Once you've registered:

• Contact your station’s Admin to assign your user role,
   or
  
  

• Reach out to support@textgroove.com and we’ll help set things up.

How to Reset Your Password

Forgot your password?

Click the I Forgot My Password link on the login screen. Follow the prompts and we’ll help you reset it.

How to Sign Out

To log out of your session:

1. Hover over the Left Side Menu from any screen in Text Groove.
   
   

2. Scroll down and click Sign Out at the bottom of the list.
   
   

3. Confirm by clicking Sign Out again in the pop-up.
