Overview

Yes, we do! As a new Text Groove client, you (and your team) can join a live online training session with someone from our Customer Success team. We’ll walk you through everything you need to know to start strong and get the most out of the platform.


Text Groove Platform Training

Our training covers both basic and advanced features, including:

  • Efficient 1:1 messaging

  • Building and managing your contact database

  • Using tools like the Prep PageReportingKeywords, and Automatic Replies

  • Creating automation workflows

  • Best practices to boost engagement and revenue

  • How to get support and migrate with ease

What to expect:

  • Training runs 60–90 minutes

  • You can attend solo or with your whole team

  • Sessions are run live with screen sharing

  • Please join using a desktop or laptop for the best experience


Need a refresher?

If someone on your team missed the session, or if you want a refresher on a specific feature, we're happy to run another session for you.
