The Prep Page

Overview

The Prep Page helps your station stay organized and on-air ready. Use it to queue up listener messages, script reminders, or custom notes. Whether you're a solo host or working with a producer, this shared workspace makes it easy to stay on the same page.

Note: The Prep Page is shared across your station. Any changes you make — like adding, removing, or reordering items — will be visible to all users.

Accessing the Prep Page

From the Main Sender Window, click the Prep Page button at the top of the screen. This opens your shared prep list.

Adding a Message to the Prep Page

1. In your inbox, hover over a listener’s avatar.
   
   

2. Click the + Add to Prep Page button that appears.
   
   

3. The message will now be saved to the Prep Page for on-air use.
   
   

Adding Custom Prep

Need to add your own note or line? You can do that too.

1. Click Add Custom Prep in the top left corner of the Prep Page.
   
   

2. Type your message in the pop-up window.
   
   

3. Click Add Message to save it.
   
   

Removing Content from the Prep Page

To remove individual messages:

• Click the X in the top left corner of the item you want to delete.
  
  

To clear the entire list:

• Click Clear Page to remove all prep items at once.
  
  

This action affects all users at your station, so double-check before clearing.

Reordering Messages on the Prep Page

You can reorder any content by clicking and dragging it to a new spot on the list. This makes it easy to structure your show flow or highlight priority messages.
