Overview

Message templates help you save time and keep responses consistent. They’re especially useful for common scenarios where a quick, standardized message is needed.

Here are a few examples:

  • Contest Winner Follow-Up
"Congratulations! You won [contest name]! Please reply with your name, number, and email. Our reception team will contact you when your prize is ready."

  • Station or Show Format Changes
"Hey [first_name]. Thanks for reaching out. We’re glad you’re enjoying the new station or show! Text us anytime."

  • Contest Entries Sent Too Early or Late
"Thanks for texting in. Listen in at [date_time] when we’ll be running the contest."

  • Traffic Tips
"Thanks [first_name] for the traffic tip!"
