Overview
The Main Sender Page is your go-to space for live listener conversations. This is where you’ll send and receive 1:1 messages, manage chats, and view contact details. It’s designed to keep everything at your fingertips, so you can move quickly and stay organized.
Below is a breakdown of what you’ll see and use on this page.
Top Menu Bar
This bar stays pinned at the top of your screen across the entire platform.
- Text Groove Logo
- Click to return to your Sender Selection Page.
- Organization Switcher
- Switch between stations or organizations you’re part of.
- Updates Tab
- A coloured dot appears when new platform updates are available. Click to read the latest feature notes and release info.

Lefthand Sidebar
This collapsible menu stays fixed on the left side. It expands when hovered over.
Key sections include:
- Senders
- View Senders: Go to the main Senders Page.
- Add Sender: For Admins only.
- Dashboard
- Personalize your dashboard with widgets that matter most to you.
- Contacts
- Access a full list of contacts for your station. You can add, search, edit, or delete contact info.
- Apps
- Open the App Directory to browse and install integrations.
- Automatic Replies
- Manage: Create replies triggered by specific listener actions.
- Assignments: Route messages to specific users or groups.
- Message Templates: Save time by creating reusable messages.
- Message Groups
- Manage and Send: Organize your group messages here.
- Settings
- Manage users, numbers, billing, subscriptions, and more.
- Sign Out
- Log out and return to the login screen.

Quick access to your most-used tools:

Profiles Panel (Inbox View)
Your inbox view looks and works like email. Here’s how it functions:
- New messages appear at the top of the list.
- Unread messages are highlighted in green with a blue dot.
- Click any profile to open the full conversation in the chat panel.

Chat Panel
This is where your live chat happens.
- Incoming messages are grey.
- Outgoing messages are blue.
- Your username appears above messages you send (this is internal only – listeners won’t see it).
You’ll see the full conversation history with that contact here.

Contact Info Panel
Access by clicking the blue Edit Profile button.
Located on the right side of the chat view (on larger screens), this panel stores everything you know about the contact, including:
- Name
- Location
- Notes (e.g., contest winner, client, favourite band)
Use this section to keep things personal and organized.
