Deleting Messages - Individual or Entire Conversations

Overview

In Text Groove, you can delete specific messages or full conversations from your inbox view. This is useful if you need to clean up clutter or remove something sent by mistake.

To request message history, email us at support@textgroove.com with:

• The sender’s phone number
  
  

• The date and time range for the messages you need
  
  

Deleting an Individual Message

1. Open the Main Sender Window and click on a profile to open the conversation.
   
   

2. Hover over the message you want to delete. A trash can icon will appear.
   
   

3. Click the trash can icon.
   
   

4. Confirm your choice by clicking Yes. Click No to cancel.
   
   

That message will be removed from the visible chat view.

Deleting an Entire Conversation

1. In your Inbox, hover over the profile whose conversation you want to delete.
   
   

2. Four icons will appear. Click the trash can icon.
   
   

3. Confirm your choice by clicking Yes. Click No to cancel.
   
   

This will:

• Remove all messages in that conversation from your view
  
  

• Clear that profile from your inbox
