Overview
Message signatures let you personalize outgoing messages while saving time. They’re added automatically to any manually sent message from the Main Sender Window.
Note: Signatures only apply to manually sent messages. They won’t appear on automated replies like keyword bounce backs or auto responses.
There are two types of message signatures you can set in Text Groove:
Account Signature – Tied to your personal login. This appears at the end of messages you send and is prefixed with a hyphen (-).
Number Signature – Tied to a station number. This appears on messages sent from that number, no matter which user sends it. It’s placed on a new line at the bottom of the message.
Adding an Account Signature
To set your own personal message signature:
Go to Settings in the left-side menu.
Click Edit Profile.
In the Account Signature field, type the message you’d like to appear.
Click Update Profile to save.
Your signature will now be automatically added to all messages you send manually.
Adding a Number Signature
To set a signature for a specific number used by multiple users:
Go to Settings in the left-side menu.
Click Manage Numbers.
Select the number you want to update.
Enter your message in the Number Signature field.
Click Save Sender Settings.
This signature will now be included in all manually sent messages from that number, regardless of who is logged in.
